feed slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, and julienne. It can
accommodate up to 20 different processing plates. The bowl
attachment is designed for vertical cutting and mixing and also to
mix, chop, puree, blend, mix and knead dough's. The unit is
also NSF and UL listed.
